Is this course CTEC approved?
Yes, this course is CTEC approved, a certificate of completion will be issued upon
achieving a 70% score on the exam. CTEC will be notified electronically, so renewal with
CTEC can be made either by mail or through the CTEC website.

How do I send in my answer sheet to TaxEase?
You can send in the answer sheet either by mail or by Fax (510-779-5251).Click the

How long will it take to get the printed material after I order?
If your order is received prior to 4 pm Monday through Friday it will be mailed the same
day by first class USPS. Orders received after 4 pm will go out the following day.

TaxEase recommends IRS and FTB publications, but they are not required to answer

What are the CTEC continuing education requirements?
CTEC requirements are 12 hours of federal, 4 hours of state, 2 hours of ethics
(federal), plus 2 hours of either federal or state. TaxEase meets these requirements.
You must have a $5,000 bond with a current expiration date. The fee to register is $25.

a late fee of $15.

Yes, TaxEase will update the CTEC website upon successful completion of the
20-hour course. CTEC accept's VISA or Master Card online only. If you mail a check
to CTEC include a copy of the certificate, a copy of your bond, a $25 check and your

entering your payment information, a confirmation page will open, on that page you
